中文涉及到字体问题，有点复杂。tagcloud.swf的原始作者提过这个问题，但我现在已经不记得了，你得自己研究一下。

I think the answer is yes, but I cannot tell you how. Please consult the documentation of tagcloud.swf. I remember it was mentioned somewhere, but that was too long a time ago.
