Problems with the rticles package TRB template

In the use of Rticle package provided by the TRB template to write my own articles, such as Simplified Chinese is not supported, the template does not exist, I searched through their own to solve the Simplified Chinese 936 error, but I have never been able to solve the trbunofficial.cls does not exist of the error, the template is given in the sample document is able to compile, it is not clear whether it is aI didn't change the YAML header, I used the tinytexR package and configured it correctly. log provided
