Paid consultancy for improving performance (and fixing bug) in Shiny app

Another query from someone who sees an opportunity to both financially help a community legend, and get some professional help. I have an otherwise well-functioning published Shiny app with most of the core features implemented, and it works ok for a single user. However, shinyloadtest indicates it can perform better. Also, I can't get bookmarking-restoring to work - I probably messed up so that my update-UI controls overwrite the setup from the URL. + a few other tiny issues.
