从我找到的信息里，推测德鲁克应该说过这话，至少他有这个想法。

他本人90岁回顾一生，回答最重要的贡献时提到 “LIBERAL ART”，而这个“自由技艺”代表了他对管理的核心理解。

而自由技艺通俗地说就是 “lets people throw off restraints and attain spiritual and physical freedom”。

最后就联系到 “release people's potential and goodwill”，也即是释放人们的善意和潜能。
